Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Proposal AI, Legal AI, and SOW AI(the “Service”), operated by WisPlans (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
WisPlans operates three AI-powered document tools for freelancers and small businesses:
- Proposal AI — generates business proposals from project inputs.
- Legal AI — produces AI-driven risk analysis of contracts you submit.
- SOW AI — generates Statements of Work from project inputs.
Each tool offers a free preview. To download the full document or unlock the full analysis, you pay a one-time fee per document. There is no recurring subscription.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is currently account-free: you pay per document via a checkout link. We may introduce optional accounts in the future; if so, these Terms will continue to apply.
3. Payment
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles tax calculation, billing, and receipts.
- Prices are listed on each product's pricing page and are charged in USD unless your checkout displays a different currency.
- Each purchase unlocks one document (one proposal, one contract review, or one SOW). The fee is one-time, not recurring.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on any document purchase. Request a refund by emailing refunds@wisplans.com within 14 days of purchase with your order ID. Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy within 5 business days.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or sexually exploitative of minors.
- Submit content that contains malware, exploits, or attempts to interfere with the Service.
- Submit content owned by a third party without authorization.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or otherwise abuse the Service.
- Use the Service to make automated decisions that legally affect individuals without a human in the loop.
- Resell or redistribute the Service in a way that competes with WisPlans.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these conditions.
6. Intellectual property
Your content. You retain all rights to documents you submit and to documents the Service generates for you based on your inputs. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely to operate the Service.
Our platform. WisPlans owns the Service software, prompts, knowledge bases, brand, and underlying code. You may not copy, redistribute, or build a competing service from these.
7. AI output — important disclaimer
The Service relies on AI models that can make mistakes. Documents and analyses are provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Legal AI is not legal advice. Legal AI provides AI-generated risk analysis only. It is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction. Do not rely on Legal AI output for any decision with material legal or financial consequences without independent professional review.
Proposal AI and SOW AI are not contracts. Documents generated by these tools are templates and starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and signing any document before it takes legal effect.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for legal, security, or compliance reasons. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitations, governing law) continue to apply.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by [Governing law jurisdiction: TBD], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in [Venue: TBD] for any dispute arising under these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your jurisdiction.
